Do I need this?

A calm decision sequence before spending money. Not a diagnosis.

Decision sequence

  1. Am I already getting enough from food? Inventory what you actually eat this week — not an ideal menu.
  2. If yes, supplementation is optional. It only makes sense if it adds a value food does not (convenience, a documented gap, clinician advice).
  3. If no or uncertain, can ordinary food close the gap (buy, cook, or grow)?
  4. If food cannot, then consider a supplement — not before.
  5. Choose a suitable form if you proceed. Capsule, powder, gummy, and food are not equivalent. See supplement forms.
  6. Compare cost/value per useful amount, not bottle price. This site does not invent current prices — use a receipt in your hand.
  7. Check safety and interactions with a pharmacist or clinician when relevant.
  8. Buy only what is needed. Default: do not buy if the only argument is social-media urgency.

This is decision support, not a diagnosis and not a shopping cart.

Where are you in that sequence?

Pick the statement that matches what you actually know. The result is a next step, not a diagnosis.

Current decision point

AAA Lifetime does not pressure supplement purchases. When uncertain about deficiency or medications, ask a qualified clinician or pharmacist.
